Step 1 – Submit your application
Step 2 – Pre-selection
your application will be reviewed by human resources management in collaboration with the operational teams.
Step 3 – Interviews
if you are accepted as a candidate, you will be invited to an initial physical or on-line interview with a member of human resources and a manager. If the result of this initial interview is conclusive, you may be invited to a second interview on site. You will always have to attend an on-site interview before you are hired.
Step 4 –Successful application
if your application is successful, you will receive an offer of employment followed by preparation of the contract.
In the opposite case, we will contact you to tell you of our decision. Please feel free to contact the manager or HR representative who interviewed you to ask for the reasons for their decision.
Work/study contracts and internships
More than an apprenticeship period, work/study contracts and internships within the Panpharma Group are an opportunity to learn a profession and to help you to integrate into the company. The Panpharma Group recruits students as interns and on work/study contracts for all its professions and for very varied missions.
When you come to the company, you will be welcomed by your supervisor. For the whole of your contract, he or she will be your reference point and will help you integrate into the teams. He or she will also be the preferred contact of your school or your educational institution.
